Takstang Lhamo lies in a small alpine town on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau under the Luchu county of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province,border with Sichuan Province. Takstang Lhamo town emerged around one of the most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, which was founded in 1748 by Gyeltsen Sengge,the 53rd throne-holder of Garden Monastery. Takstang Lhamo is under the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism and is one of the seats of the Kriti linage. The name of the monastery is traditionally given to the cave shrine nearby. Taktsang Lhamo is combination of alpine forests, beautiful mountains and clean river. Tiger den and fairy cave are the most mysterious sites there. And it has an approximate population of 3,000-4,000 people.. The Kirti Tsenzhab Rinpoche, the 11th lama to head the monastery is now living in India. Langmusi is a popular destination for domestic tourists. Active hiking and horse trekking are the best highlights of the region.

Gaxiu village is in Luchu county and 23 km away from Gannan prefecture. Gaxiu is a pure animal husbandry village and mainly dominated by Tibetan residents. By taking advantage of the rich tourism resources and deep ethinic culture in the surrounding area, this former Tibetan settlement has now become an eco-tourism village that is “suitable for tourism, suitable for business and suitable for living”. Gaixiu village has 108 Tibetan-style tents, allowing visitors to experience authentic Tibetan-style residences. There are 34 Tibetan families in the village as well as a village level culture museum, folk horse troupes and art troupes, a Tiberan culture exhibition hall, a cafe and a Tibetan dinner bar.

Gansu Gahai Zecha Nature Reserve.
The Gansu Gahai Wetlands Nature Reserve is located within the administrative area of Luqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Northwest China. This site is a part of the largest alpine peat marsh area in the world and the wetland supports flora and fauna of both the Loess and Tibetan Plateaus which are rarely seen elsewhere in the world.

Songpan ancient town
Songpan is Chinese former name and Sungqu is a county of northwestern Sichuan Province, and is one of the 13 counties administered by the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous prefecture. Songpan is composed of Tibetan, Qaing, Han and Hui.The economy of Songpan is dominated by agriculture and livestock raising. Songpan was an important military post. It was also an important economic and trading center for horse and tea exchange between Sichuan, Gansu,Qinghai and Tibet. In recent years, tourism has become an increasingly important sector and it actively promoted by the authorities.
Zorge Grasslands and National Wetland Park, also known as Ruoergai Grassland is the largest alpine peat marsh in the world (411,603 acres) and is one of the three most famous marshes in China. Many small lakes are scattered in grasslands, where the majestic Black-necked Cranes can be found. The developed park is a popular tourist destination. The wetlands provide an important water supply area of the upper Yangtze River and the Yellow River. The extensive grasslands of the region provide a glimpse into the traditional nomadic Tibetan culture.
Huahu is also known as flower lake. Huahu is the most popular highlights of Zorge grassland which is around 50 km away from the Zorge town. Huahu is a natural wildlife reservation site where thousands of migrant birds will gather here during summer.
Day 01: Drive to Songpan from Chengdu and explore Zhaga waterfall in the Munigou Valley, overnight at homestay.
Day 02: Drive to Zorgie which is located in the north of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province with 3,400m above the sea level. Zorgie offer into traditional nomadic Tibetan culture and a sky vast grassland where you can enjoy yaks, sheep and other animals enjoying the pasture. And visit Huahu lake.
Day 03: Morning drive to Takstang Lhamo which is 72 km from Zorgie. And afternoon of visit Langmusi monastery,which was established in the year of 1748
Day 04: Hiking around the town go walk in the forest to explore the tiger den and fairy cave,
Day 05: Drive back to Zorgie and rest at the hotel for a cosy shower.
Day 06: Drive back to Chengdu. After transfer to Chengdu, we will see you off to your next travel destination or home.
